“Come join us for a wonderful Clown Seminar with renowned clown educator, Terry Ricketts. Terry first clowned at a school carnival in 1969 and went from there to becoming a hospital clown while serving in the U.S. Air Force. Terry works for the Arizona Public Service but also coordinates the APS Volunteer Clown Troupe with over 100 active clowns. Terry loves the art of clowning and is dedicated to the encouragement of, understanding and appreciating the rich history of clowning. This class is a collection of things you can do to entertain with items found around the house . . . from ropes to straws . . . from cups to glasses . . . from strings to toothpicks, we will have it all. The best part is that this is a very “hands on lecture”. You will be practicing what Terry teaches. Come prepared to learn . . . and to laugh! $20.00 fee for the 2 hours class, payable at the door!” HEY KIDS…WANNA BE A CLOWN?
